NEPROPLAST won Ideal Housing Award
MODON honored its partners who won Ideal Housing Award in its second edition for meeting the requirements related to residential permits, technical specifications, safety, and public security and health requirements in accordance with the objectives of the National Program for the Development of Collective Housing for Individuals, enabling a sustainable industrial environment and enhancing quality of life standards.
The housing won the MODON award for Ideal Housing by NEPROPLAST was a new Housing facility designed for the employees to elevate comfort and community living. The space now features a fully equipped gym, cosy living rooms, a mosque, and a vibrant canteen serving daily meals. Residents can enjoy a multi-purpose court, recreation area, and convenient laundry services—all complemented by free high-speed internet. With over a hundred rooms available, this development marks a major step forward in creating a welcoming, well-rounded environment for all.
