All new hires complete a structured health & safety induction before starting on-site work.

Employees receive practical training, role-specific drills, and competency assessments tailored to their responsibilities.
- Refresher Courses & Toolbox Talks
Regular refreshers and toolbox talks keep safety front-of-mind and adaptable to changing conditions. We provide focused training programs designed to reinforce or update existing knowledge and skills.
- Certification & External Training
We send relevant staff to external certification programs and invite qualified providers to run workshops on-site.
- Continuous Assessment
Training effectiveness is measured through drills, assessments and performance metrics to close any gaps quickly.

We ensure close oversight of the important safety topics, including but not limited to the Following :
- Health & Safety Objectives
- Hazard Notices
- Incident investigations and associated corrective and preventive actions.
- Result of Internal / External Audit
- Result of Workers participation and consultation.
- Changes in legal; and other requirements affecting the system and recommendations for improvement.
- Review of safety policy.
Risk Management & Continuous Monitoring
Risk management is active and continuous: our Safety Officers assess every activity in the plant and apply control measures before work proceeds.
- Hazard Identification : Every Hazard Identification task is evaluated before starting for hazards.
- Risk Assessment : We always seek new approaches and strive for continuous improvement.
- Permit-to-Work : Contractor activities require permits before starting work to ensure proper precautionary measures for the activity, along with direct supervision from the Safety team.
- Incident Investigation : Root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned from incidents ensure they are not repeated.
- Continuous Improvement : Data from audits, near-misses, incident and inspections feed back into safer procedures.
- Daily routine : HSE representatives conduct pre-shift checks to ensure site safety before starting work.
