Continuous Training & Competence:

We invest in our people — frequent, role-based training ensures that every employee knows how to perform their duties safely.

All new hires complete a structured health & safety induction before starting on-site work.

Employees receive practical training, role-specific drills, and competency assessments tailored to their responsibilities.

Regular refreshers and toolbox talks keep safety front-of-mind and adaptable to changing conditions. We provide focused training programs designed to reinforce or update existing knowledge and skills.

We send relevant staff to external certification programs and invite qualified providers to run workshops on-site.

Training effectiveness is measured through drills, assessments and performance metrics to close any gaps quickly.

We ensure close oversight of the important safety topics, including but not limited to the Following :

  • Health & Safety Objectives
  • Hazard Notices
  • Incident investigations and associated corrective and preventive actions.
  • Result of Internal / External Audit
  • Result of Workers participation and consultation.
  • Changes in legal; and other requirements affecting the system and recommendations for improvement.
  • Review of safety policy.

Risk Management & Continuous Monitoring

Risk management is active and continuous: our Safety Officers assess every activity in the plant and apply control measures before work proceeds.
